About
This website is a little something we worked up to keep in touch with our family and friends. We hope you enjoy it and come back often. Of course, we’ll do our best to update the site so you have a reason to come back!
If you’re wondering who “we” includes, here you go:
Jordan is the husband/Dad in this outfit. He puts food on the table thanks to his job as a marketing manager with IBM. As you’ll likely learn via this site, he is a home improvement junkie, Notre Dame football addict, and all around good guy. What you may not learn is that he doesn’t like bananas or tuna noodle casserole. If that makes him odd, he is ok with that.
Anne, the lovely and talented wife and mother, keeps her rowdy group of boys (this includes Jordan and the dog) in line like it was a walk in the park. She use to run a crisis pregnancy center, but now stays home full-time with the kids who create daily crises of their own. In between her routine spa treatments and bon-bon indulgences (ha!), she is the coordinator of the MOPS program at Cary Alliance Church.
Jonah is the first born, and at 4 years old is attempting to assert all the rights and privileges associated with such. Soon enough, he’ll sadly realize there aren’t many perks that come with the position. Current obsessions include all things related to the movie “Cars” and testing the boundaries of parental authority.
Ethan is a future offensive lineman in the making. At the time of this writing, he is 16 months old and weighs in at nearly 30 lbs. The other day, he was actually carded in a restaurant. Which makes us wonder what he really had in that sippy cup. Speaking of food, which we often do when talking about Ethan, he loves tuna noodle casserole (much to his father’s disappointment) but isn’t a fan of chicken enchiladas.
Lauren joined us in November 2007. She made a dramatic entrance and narrowly avoided being born in our car while on the way to the hospital. Hopefully this isn’t a sign of her patience!
Gus is the dog… a chocolate lab, with only one partially functioning ear. That’s a long story, and we have the vet bills to prove it.
